Join us for the second concert in fivebyfive’s 4Now series, where the intimacy of chamber music meets the pleasure of discovery.

In this special program, we invite you into the warm and welcoming performance space at Payton Violins for an afternoon of vibrant music that stirs the senses. Works by Jennifer Higdon, Marc Mellits, Jon Russell, and more will bring you into sound worlds both bold and beautiful.

And because music pairs beautifully with flavor, the experience continues after the concert with an optional add-on guided tasting at Carnegie Cellars, where you can sip fine wine, savor conversation, and share space with the musicians themselves (This will be a $20 add-on, only 10 spots available!).

Whether you come for the music, the wine, or the joyful connection at the heart of it all, Sound, Sip, and Savor is a chance to slow down, listen deeply, and celebrate the richness of the moment together.

4Now is an extension of the Of This World theme for the 2025-2026 season which serves as a reminder that music speaks a universal language and can connect all of us as a community. By scaling down the venue, fivebyfive is deepening the ensemble’s impact and creating an intimate connection between audience, musician, and composer.

fivebyfive’s musicians include, Laura Lentz (flute and Artistic Director), Marcy Bacon (clarinet), Ken Luk (electric guitar), Eric Polenik (bass), and Haeyeun Jeun (piano), plus fivebyfive’s audio and visual artist and Executive Director, Marc Webster.
