Based on the styles and techniques of the Indigenous cultures of Southwest USA, and Mexico, we will be discovering the glitter of mica clay, exploring the shining process of burninsing, and Terra Sigillata applications. The following week we will be using a number of Raku firing processes including reduction, sagger, horsehair and slip application.
