Step into the cellar and see where it all happens at Six Eighty Cellars. Offered on select Saturdays, these guided cellar tour tastings give a behind-the-scenes look at our low-intervention winemaking, including wines tasted directly from clay and stone vessels.
Each experience includes a curated flight of five wines, a sixth glass of your choice enjoyed overlooking Cayuga Lake, and a personal charcuterie board. Tours last approximately one hour.
Six Eighty Cellars, located on the west side of Cayuga Lake, is known for crafting small-batch wines from a Certified Sustainable vineyard, using amphora and earthenware vessels to create styles rarely seen in the Finger Lakes.
