Embrace Your Sisters 15th Annual Walk Disbursing Nearly $1 Million
Allegany, Cayuga, Chemung, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Tioga, Tompkins, Wayne, and Yates Counties: In this 20th anniversary year for Embrace Your Sisters (EYS), they are celebrating the opportunity to host their 15th annual Positively Pink in Pittsford Walk Fundraiser on October 4. Check-in begins at 9am in the parking lot of Pittsford Sutherland High School, followed by the start of the Walk at 10am. The funds collected, nearing $1 million disbursed, will support people with breast cancer in need of short-term emergency funding for living expenses, across our neighboring 13-county region.
The Walk is 1.8 miles in length through the town of Pittsford along the Erie Canal.
Walkers participating in the Positively Pink in Pittsford Walk Fundraiser come solo or join families, friends, sports teams, coworkers, organizations, cancer survivors, and even dogs, to add to their impact.
