Exploring Italy: Napoli

In our upcoming cooking class of the Exploring Italy series, we will travel to the region of Campania and the city of Napoli, or Naples. Naples is famous for its savory creations, most popularly, pizza, but many beloved Neapolitan dishes originated from cucina povera, or the cuisine of the poor. These dishes are rich in vegetables, beans, and pastas. Join us for this interactive cooking experience and learn from our experienced Chef Instructor as we make Acqua Pazza (Poached Fish) with Spaghetti alla Puttanesca.
