The Memorial Art Gallery of the University of Rochester will celebrate the 66th annual M&T Bank Clothesline Festival this coming weekend, September 10 and 11. Originating as a New York State-only artist festival, Clothesline has expanded in recent years to welcome artists from across the country. It’s now the place to experience all-day live entertainment, sample food from some of Rochester’s favorite vendors, enjoy free family art activities, visit the museum, and, of course, browse and buy original artwork throughout the grounds.
When: September 10 & 11, 10 am – 5 pm
Where: 500 University Avenue, Rochester, NY 14607
Tickets are required in advance. They will not be available for purchase at the entrance gates during the festival. Guests may purchase tickets online leading up to and during the festival and are welcome to purchase tickets in-person at the admission desk leading up to the festival if they are having trouble purchasing tickets online.
