The Watkins Glen Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce TEDxWatkinsGlen, the first-ever TEDx event in the Watkins Glen community, taking place Wednesday, August 19, 2026, in The Glen Club at Watkins Glen International.
This exclusive TEDx experience will bring together an extraordinary gathering of innovators, creators, entrepreneurs, leaders, and curious minds for a day centered on ideas worth spreading. Designed as an intimate and inspiring event, TEDxWatkinsGlen will showcase thought-provoking speakers who challenge perspectives, spark conversation, and inspire action.
The inaugural event will feature legendary race car driver, entrepreneur, author, and trailblazer Lyn St. James as the headline speaker. A pioneer in motorsports, St. James has spent her career redefining possibilities, breaking barriers, and inspiring future generations through her achievements both on and off the track. Her connection to Watkins Glen International makes her appearance a fitting tribute to a community known worldwide for innovation, determination, and the pursuit of excellence.
