Vine, Wine and Swine: Much More than your Average Pig Roast

at Lamoreaux Landing Wine Cellars


Grab your friends and join Lamoreaux Landing Wine Cellars to savor summer their way – fine wine, an abundance of local food, live music, and lots of fun. On Saturday, June 29th, from 12 to 4 pm, the winery will host Vine, Wine and Swine, which is much more than your average pig roast, at their Seneca Lake winery. This event will feature a slow-roasted, whole pig that is deboned and stuffed with a house made, Porchetta style, blend of herbs and spices, resulting in fully flavored, melt-in-your-mouth pork. Guests are advised to bring their appetite, as the winery will also provide a bountiful buffet of summertime favorites for dinner and dessert, including vegetarian options. To top it all off, the best of Lamoreaux Landing’s wines will be stocked in their outdoor wine bar, and in-depth vineyard tours will be offered during the event.

Live music will flavor the afternoon, starting with our Assistant Winemaker and expert fiddler, Jesse Alexander, followed by the high energy, all-acoustic Americana band The Crooked North. The 5-piece, fast-picking bluegrass quintet Dirty Blanket will conclude the event.
