The Wine Country Circuit started in 1986, is one of the top 100 dog shows in the country, and has been held annually since that time. The kennel clubs involved are: Kanadasaga Kennel Club (Thursday, Sept. 29 and Friday, Sept. 30); Finger Lakes Kennel Club (Saturday, Oct. 1) and Elmira Kennel Club (Sunday, Oct. 2). These are American Kennel Club approved events and offer: conformation, obedience, rally, and agility. The shows are open to the public and judging commences at 9 am and continues through Best in Show at the end of the day. Cornell Veterinary students have been invited to take part and will be mentored by club members.
