In Celebration of Earth Month, Aubergine will be hosting
Chef Pamela Cecere on April 22 from 11AM-1 PM.
Chef Cecere will be preparing samples and discussing how the
food choices we make affect our environment.
Ms. Cecere, originally from Victor, NY, is a graduate of
the famed Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. Her book, 30 Days
in the Jungle, chronicles her time spent in Hawaii, and
her journey to becoming an expert in plant-based cuisine.
