Join us Thursday, April 2nd for a French Brasserie inspired Beer Pairing Dinner in our Barrel Room. Executive Chef, Chris Logan and Sous Chef, Rick Rupe walk us through there take on French Brasserie. All products used on this menu are sourced local to the Finger Lakes. We would like to especially thank our friends at Wide Awake Bakery, Lively Run Dairy Farm and Creamery, and Autumn’s Harvest Farms for their support and collaboration.
