Learn how to make a stretcher and attach a silk handkerchief for painting. Explore this new art form and see how it can transcend into wearable art and other art forms like pillows, quilting, etc!
Students have the option to transfer their own photographic image onto silk. If you wish to do a photo transfer, once you have registered, please email a digital image (at least 1 week before class: June 14th) to the instructor, Ellen, at: drellenhorovitz@gmail.com.
Cost of the class is $45 and includes all supplies.
About the Teacher:
Ellen Horovitz is an artist, licensed art therapist and certified yoga therapist. Ellen is the author of 9 books, including Digital Image Transfer: Creating Art with Your Photography.
