Come hear writer, author, and distinguished teaching professor Robin Kimmerer (Citizen Band Potawatomi) for a presentation, book signing, light Iroquois White Corn lunch, and then join Finger Lakes Forest Therapy for a Nature Walk.

Kimmerer will engage attendees in an interactive presentation on “The Gifts of Plants” and will explore the ways in which the native plants offer us gifts of food, materials, medicine, and beauty. Kimmerer shares her understanding of how plants are our oldest teachers and encourages people to consider how humans can act in reciprocity, by giving our gifts to care for plants.

The Forest Therapy walk on Ganondagan’s trails will engage you in a full sensory experience with nature and create a deeper connection with the Earth. Cost: $40/general public, $35/Friends of Ganondagan members
