Penfield Art Association Winter Art Show and Sale opens January 30, 2023
An exhibit of paintings by area artists will be on display in the Annual Penfield Art Association Winter Show and Sale at Barnes and Noble, Pittsford store location. The PAA Winter Show can also be viewed online at our website at www.penfieldartassociation.com
The exhibit opens Monday, January 30, and runs until Saturday, February, 25. The show is open during Barnes & Noble store hours, daily.
Our Judge
Kathy Armstrong will be judging our show. Armstrong says that of all of the media she paints in, watercolor is her favorite because its transparent nature makes it possible to achieve a luminosity that isn’t always present with other mediums. She is a member of the Philadelphia Water Color Society, Greater Rochester Plein Air Painters, and a Signature member of the Niagara Frontier Watercolor Society. Kathy teaches watercolor classes both in-person and virtually.
About Our Club
The Winter Art Show and Sale is one of three annual exhibits presented by the Penfield Art Association. Formed in 1963, the Penfield Art Association today has members from throughout the Rochester area.
