Learn about the Amish and Horse-and-Buggy Mennonites in NYS

A program on Old Order Cultures of New York will be presented by Judson Reid on Thursday, October 29 at 7:00 pm. The program is sponsored by the Antiques Club of the Finger Lakes in partnership with the Geneva Historical Society.

Amish and Horse-and-Buggy Mennonites have dramatically revitalized sectors of agriculture in New York’s Finger Lakes and beyond. Reid will answer many of the questions that area residents may have. For example, how are these groups culturally distinct? What role do they play in local agriculture? What is their growth trajectory?
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, this program will be presented virtually through Zoom. A device, internet connection, and email address are necessary to participate. To register, visit the Geneva Historical Society website:
