Introduction to Journaling
October 24, 1:00-4:00 p.m.<
A week after our Bookbinding workshop, this second workshop will encourage you to use your new personal book as a journal recording your own insights and experiences, drawings, or doodles. If you haven’t come to the bookbinding session, bring a journal you’d like to work with for this program.
Journaling is a form of self-care and self-knowledge. There are many ways to create a journal, and few (or no) rules (unless you want some). Come join us as we explore a medium that can offer relief from anxiety, help you focus, and become an enjoyable habit.
These workshops are food for hands, mind and spirit. Participants may sign up for one or both workshops.
