Sodus Bay Lighthouse Museum Director Joe O’Toole will discuss how glaciers formed the beautiful Chimney Bluffs, which rise 100 feet above Lake Ontario, and discuss the role these cliffs played in rum-running during Prohibition. This free event will be held in the museum pavilion.   For more information, call the Sodus Bay Lighthouse Museum at (315) 483-4936 or visit www.sodusbaylighthouse.org. This program is made possible by a grant from the New York Council for the Humanities, with additional support from Sodus Bay Historical Society members and Lighthouse Events Sponsors.
