Person Centered Housing Options Inc. (PCHO) is an innovative not-for-profit organization whose mission is to address, prevent, and alleviate chronic homelessness within Monroe County New York and surrounding communities using the housing first model. PCHO recognizes the importance of having strong relationships and access to robust health care and support services while prioritizing housing, because the only answer to homelessness is a home.
