The second program in the Historic Geneva Spring Lecture Series will be Geneva in the 1920s on Tuesday, April 25 at 7 pm. The program will be presented by Historic Geneva Curator John Marks.
The 1920s were a decade of great change in the United States, which was reflected here in Geneva. John will share photos, newspaper articles, and media clips to paint a picture of life in Geneva during the 1920s.
This program will be presented in person at the Geneva History Museum. It will be simulcast virtually through Zoom if a minimum number of people sign up for the virtual option. Registrations must be complete by 5 pm on April 23.
This program is being held in conjunction with Historic Geneva’s current exhibit There’ll Be Some Changes Made: Geneva in the 1920s. The lecture series is supported in part by the Samuel B.
