Fermentation is a bit of a mystery but it is exciting and very tasty. Let’s explore fermentation beyond the German-style of lacto fermentation, sauerkraut. In this workshop we will make Kimchi, a Korean style of lacto-fermentation and Kombucha, a fermented tea. Little Lakes Community Center, 4705 S. Main St. Hemlock
