The Arts Center of Yates County is pleased to announce the First Annual Juried Show Opening Reception and Awards Ceremony on Friday, June 26, 5:00 to 7:00 PM. On display will be the accepted entries that will have been judged for awards earlier in the week. Credentialed judges of the exhibition are George Van Hook, painter; and Gary Thompson, photographer. Awards include the Florence Middlebrook Best of Show award and a People’s Choice award for the art work receiving the most votes during the run of the exhibition (June 22 to July 27). Refreshments and wine tastings by Rooster Hill Winery will be available during the opening reception. The Arts Center is located at 127 Main Street, Penn Yan.
