Join the Finger Lakes Museum for yoga in the riparian zone! Relax as evening descends after a long hot day! Enjoy an hour of yoga, followed by a light snack and cider from Star Cider in Canandaigua. Local yoga instructor Kiki Seago will be leading these evenings of restoration. Namaste.
Kirstjan “Kiki” Seago is a physical educator and 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She is a graduate of Essential Teacher Training, initial and advanced, at Open Sky Yoga in Rochester. She also holds a certificate in Pranayama Teaching. As an experienced teacher Kiki brings a devotion to wellness, knowledge of anatomy/physiology, and compassion for others to her teaching.

Every Wednesday in July from 6pm-7:30pm: 7/5, 7/12, 7/19, 7/26
$25 each session or purchase a ticket for all four sessions for a discounted rate of $80.
