The current exhibit at Image City Photography Gallery, Eclectic Randomness, features Emily Stauring, who describes her exhibit as “a diverse collection of digital and film imagery featuring regional, national and worldwide subjects.” Themes include rust and abandonment, urban and wilderness, moodiness and euphoria; Art for every taste and style. In addition to her large metal prints, Emily has a selection of matted photos at several sizes. Guest Photographers are Elena Dilai, in her second of three exhibits as Visiting Artist with a beautiful series of photographs relating to Ukrainian families in the United States, and Don Burkel in the Neuberger Gallery; Dennis Adams, Mark Avery, Michael Shoemaker, d dargan teska and selected photographs from Camera Rochester members include Lisa Cook, Bonnie Gamache, Andrea Gluckman and Larry Mandelker. Rounding off the show are Gallery Partners Dick Bennett, Marie Costanza, Steve Levinson, Gil Maker, Don Menges, Luann Pero, Betsy Phillips, John Solberg, and Sheridan Vincent.
First Friday Gallery Night is on Friday, June 2 from 5 – 9pm.
With 20 photographers in the current show, visitors will enjoy the variety of photographic subjects and styles and appreciate them fully by visiting the Gallery exhibit. The exhibit runs thru Sunday, June 11.
