The Penn Yan Action Coalition is proud to present its fourth annual community read, focusing on the experiences of Asian immigrants and Asian Americans. They are recommending two books to begin to capture this diverse narrative: Beautiful Country by Qian Julie Wang and Go Back to Where You Came From by Wajahat Ali; read either or both, and gather for a series of events between April and May. This week, you are invited to participate in a book club-style discussion of Beautiful Country.
