Cabot Creamery offers six programs for children to help them learn mindfulness in the world around them. Children will earn a patch for each program they complete. This program will discuss gratitude and focuses on the importance of expressing gratitude: in both what one says, and through one’s actions. Learn what gratitude means, create a gratitude tree, and make cards for the people you’re grateful for.
