Join children’s author Caron Levis for an engaging reading of her picture book Mighty Muddy Us, inspired by a real-life elephant family. We’ll use sound to uncover the hidden world of forest elephants. Arrive early for a chance to get a free copy of Mighty Muddy Us and immerse yourself in a celebration of storytelling and science. Books available while supplies last. This event is hosted by the Tompkins County Public Library and the Elephant Listening Project, part of the K. Lisa Yang Center for Conservation Bioacoustics at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology.
