Bristol Valley Theater, the Finger Lakes’ award-winning live professional theater, will continue its 2018 Summer Season with the humorous and suspenseful mystery, Spider’s Web.

Guinness World Records lists Agatha Christie as the best-selling novelist of all time and Christie penned some of the longest-running and most produced plays in history. And Spider’s Web is the most comical in her cannon! Clarissa Hailsham-Brown is expecting an important guest for her diplomat husband in their summer country estate when the dead body of a shady relation turns up in the drawing room. What ensues is an evening of near misses, disappearing corpses, and a slew of peculiar suspects that is sure to delight.

You’ll never have so much fun trying to figure out whodunit!” says director Chris Handley.

The cast features Mark Poppleton as Sir Rowland Delahaye, Jim Ditmars as Hugo Birch, James Evans as Jeremy Warrender, Kate Rose Reynolds as Clarissa Hailsham-Brown, Liz Wasser as Mildred Peake, Robert Condas as Elgin, Blake Brewer as Oliver Costello, Michael Radi as Henry Hailsham-Brown, Michael Caizzi as Inspector Lord, and Vincent Capluzzi as Constable Jones. The cast also features 11-year-old Rochester actress Vivian Hughes as Pippa.
