Ara McCorkle is a Geneva native and a Hobart and William Smith alum (’20). This collection of work explores the use of organic and fluid shapes and vibrant color to construct abstractions of landscapes. Drawing inspiration from the Finger Lakes and her travels, Ara strives to create works that are representative of the beauty inherent in nature. Ara is honored to show her work alongside John Loftus at The Dove and is grateful for this opportunity to participate in the creative community in Geneva.
